Individual
Psychotherapy

Have you just wanted to talk with someone, who could be impartial, objective, and just listen? These are some of the benefits of participating in individual psychotherapy. Share from your heart, be willing to listen, and work through your issues in a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment. This is your time to face your fears and your hurt, deal with the truth, and create strategies to help you move to the next phase of your journey. Be ready to work, whether in person or virtually. You are not alone. All ages are welcome.

Testimonials

"Gregory Wright is a fabulous therapist! He has helped me work through a very difficult time in my life and get to a place where I feel better about myself and my situation. Gregory is easy to work with, and I like working with him. He is very professional. Would highly recommend."  (Anonymous Male, Mid 30's)

"I started with Mr. Wright after struggling with the anxiety and stress surrounding family and work. Mr. Wright first validated my feelings and then provided me the tools to set healthy boundaries around both situations. At times I struggled with what I needed to accomplish when it came to setting those boundaries, but without judgement he helped me work through them. I think the most impactful moment in our interactions was his availability when I was in an active crisis. Mr. Wright has truly been a great therapist!" (Anonymous Female, Early 40's)

"Since I've been going to therapy with Mr. Wright, my life has increasingly gotten better. I am learning to cope without self-medicating or abusing alcohol. I feel a lot more in control of my emotions, and my mind is not racing. I had a lot of moments where I would talk myself into a lot of self-destructive behavior. Mr. Wright has shown that he is down to earth and very easy to speak with. I highly recommend him. I've had a few therapists in the past, but he is by far the best I've ever worked with. I look forward to my weekly sessions." (Anonymous Male, Late 40's)

"I've learned how to calm my thoughts down and redirect my feelings. I've learned practices to create better habits for myself." (Anonymous Male, Mid 30's)

"I have been under the care of Mr. Gregory Wright for the better part of a year, and under his care, I have grown and healed exponentially. I am very appreciative of his ability to help me adapt and overcome my obstacles that I have never thought I'd make it through. Thank you for a job well done." (Anonymous Male, Late 30's)

"Mr. Wright has helped me out with my social skills and helped me gain a more, positive outlook on life. He has helped me use some strategies in life, like "but" and thinking rationally about my decisions. I expect nothing but good things from him." (Anonymous Male, 20)

"I was very excited about my first session. He is a great listener, always engaging and asking questions that really matter. I've had A LOT of therapists over the years and have never felt as comfortable as I do with him. As a Black woman, it was important that I found a Black male therapist... I've grown leaps and bounds since seeing Mr. Wright for therapy. I've found peace in things I never had before and a better understanding and love for self with his guidance." (Anonymous Female, Mid 30's)

"Gregory has been great as a therapist and a friend. He's helped me get through a lot of my internal trauma and chaos by giving me a roadmap to get through it. It hasn't been easy, but as a Black man to another Black man, he's helped me find a place of calm to appreciate my own growth. P.S. He's always super calm, which is crazy." (Anonymous Male, Late 20's)

"Mr. Wright has not only given a safe and welcoming place to share my problems and thoughts. He gives solutions and methods I can use in my day-to-day life." (Anonymous Male, Late teens)

"With Gregory Wright, I have learned about mindfulness and positive affirmations, tools so simple that I never thought they would be so helpful and immediate in their effectiveness. Gregory is a really cool and down to earth guy who is very easy to talk to, who really listens, and sincerely wants to help." (Anonymous Male, Late 20's)
